When you contact us, request coffee catering or creative services, book an appointment, sign up for updates, or place an order, we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, email, telephone number, company, message, event date and venue, guest count, project details, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and communication preferences. Please provide only information relevant to your request; do not send payment card numbers or sensitive personal information through inquiry forms.

Our website and service providers also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring links, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers. Checkout and payment providers process payment information; we receive transaction and order information needed to manage your purchase.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate coffee events and content projects, schedule calls, process payments and orders, arrange delivery and returns, provide client support, maintain business records, protect the website, and understand website use. If you subscribe to marketing updates, we use your details to send those updates. An inquiry alone does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and disclosures

Squarespace hosts this website and supports forms, commerce, customer communications, and analytics. Appointments may be handled through Acuity Scheduling. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect our forms from spam and abuse and may process device and interaction information for that purpose. We also disclose relevant information to payment providers, email and business service providers, and delivery carriers as needed to operate our business and fulfill your requests. Information may be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections.

Cookies, affiliate tracking, and third-party content

Essential cookies support functions such as the shopping cart, security, and saved preferences. Optional cookies support analytics and personalization. Use the cookie banner to accept, decline, or manage optional cookies supported by Squarespace, and use Cookie Preferences to revisit your choice. Browser settings can also limit or delete cookies; disabling essential cookies may affect site functions.

Our site includes affiliate attribution technology from impact.com. This script loads only when you enable Advertising cookies, and it remains blocked when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Withdrawing that cookie consent reloads the page to stop the script. Our site also includes links or content from partners and social platforms, including Instagram. These third parties may receive device, IP address, referral, and interaction information and may collect information about online activity over time and across websites. Their own privacy notices explain their practices. Squarespace’s cookie controls do not necessarily control every third-party service or cookies on external websites. Using the website

Use this site lawfully and provide accurate details when contacting us or ordering. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or misuse another person’s information. Website photographs, videos, designs, text, and branding belong to Life Of Falkor or their respective owners. Browsing or purchasing does not grant permission to republish or commercially use that content.

Coffee catering and events

An inquiry or appointment does not reserve an event date. Buy an event booking deposit only after we approve the date, venue, and scope in writing. Our current event products collect a 50% base booking deposit; the approved proposal confirms the total, payment schedule, service window, guest count, menu, drinks, travel, staffing, and additions. Setup and breakdown are outside the stated coffee service window. Cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit treatment follow your written booking agreement and applicable law; these website terms do not create a blanket nonrefundable-deposit rule. Contact us promptly about changes.

Creative services and partnerships

UGC, photography, video, and ongoing brand partnerships are governed by the written project agreement, including deliverables, timing, revisions, payment, cancellation, and content licensing. A website purchase or delivery link does not expand usage rights beyond that agreement. Partner workspace access is for authorized collaborators; keep access details private.

Products and preorders

Review dimensions, compatibility, finish, included items, price, and shipping information before ordering. Preorders are charged when placed unless the listing states otherwise. Estimated shipping is shown in the product listing and order information. Concept renderings are identified as such; descriptions of material features still apply. Ask us about fit or custom colors before purchasing. Shipping delays and returns are addressed below.

Nothing here excludes mandatory warranties, statutory remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and preorders

Shipping destinations, charges, and estimated dispatch timing are stated in the product listing and at checkout. Falkor’s Bottle Holder preorder currently includes shipping within the United States and lists estimated shipping in late December 2026. Payment is collected at preorder. Check the listing and your order confirmation for the details that apply to your purchase; carrier transit time is additional to dispatch timing.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised date when available, and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling for a full, prompt refund, as required by law. Where your consent is required and is not obtained, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order. Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch; we will confirm the order’s status.

30-day returns for unused physical products

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging and included parts. Email info@lifeoffalkor.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address; please contact us before sending anything.

You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the returned item’s purchase price and applicable tax to the original payment method. Separately charged original shipping is not refunded for a change-of-mind return, unless required by law. Bank or payment-provider processing can add time after a refund is issued. We will email you about the return outcome.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photographs if available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping when the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied. The unused-item conditions and 30-day change-of-mind window do not limit your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Services and event bookings

The physical-product return policy does not apply to catering, event deposits, appointments, creative work, or partnership services. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds for those services follow the relevant written agreement and applicable law. Email us as soon as your plans change.
